Hi Lakefront Lot Owners,

Some news for you ....  PPL is selling the generation parts of their company to Talon, the transaction should take place within 9-12 months. Shoreline Management currently operated by PPL hopefully will keep the current people in place by the new company.  Even with this transition the Rules & Regulations for lakefront lot owners should not change.  PPL lease on the lake has another 30 years or so, and PPL or Talon will still be bound by that agreement (which contains all the rules and regulations).

So faces may be changing in 9-12 months, but the rules and regulations should stay the same.

4th Of July On Lake Wallenpaupack

Hi Everyone, Starting at about 9:00PM on Friday 7/4/14  Fireworks On The Lake From The High School Football Field Tune to 95.3 for music to the fireworks display Get out there with you boat and see the fire in the sky and the reflection on the water.  Leave early to get your spot it can get crowded.  After the display I would recommend sitting there for awhile and letting the boats clear, than going after the traffic has left.  I remember one year leaving with all the boats and getting swamped in a pontoon boat with 10 kids screaming and running towards the back of the boat.  (Just another boating story right).
