The Lake Wallenpaupack Real Estate Market is on the rise.  This year we have seen an increase in sales if not prices on the big lake.  This fall that continues along with a slight uptick in the values of lake front homes.  Interest rates continue to be very low, and inventory is good on the lake.  If you are thinking about a lake front home now is a good time to start, before prices do increase for 2014.  If I can help please contact me!

Hi Everyone, A quick note on the lakefront market on Lake Wallenpaupack this year.  We have lakefronts starting in the low 300's and going all the way up to 4.5 Million.  The market is very strong with good activity between 300-550K, the mid range has much less activity, and the high end from 800K-1.5M is also getting a lot of activity.  So far this year we have closed 9 Lakefronts, we have 4 Pending, and 78 lakefronts currently on the market.  So plenty of inventory to see.  If you would like to learn more call me 570-620-8027 , or check out my website to see all the information you need to get started to finding that lake home for you! www.poconolakeproperties.com
