Even Though It Is Fall... Lakefront sales continue strong!





The Sun is not setting on Lake Wallenpaupack Home Sales.  Normally at this time of year sales start to slump off.  Not so this year as the market remains strong on lakefront sales.  This is a great sign for a recovery around the lake for sellers, and a note for buyers.  In a recovery the first thing that happens is increased volume of sales, than price's start to increase.  So if you were thinking about a lake home for the 2014 season... 4th Of July On Lake Wallenpaupack

Hi Everyone, Starting at about 9:00PM on Friday 7/4/14  Fireworks On The Lake From The High School Football Field Tune to 95.3 for music to the fireworks display Get out there with you boat and see the fire in the sky and the reflection on the water.  Leave early to get your spot it can get crowded.  After the display I would recommend sitting there for awhile and letting the boats clear, than going after the traffic has left.  I remember one year leaving with all the boats and getting swamped in a pontoon boat with 10 kids screaming and running towards the back of the boat.  (Just another boating story right).
