Even Though It Is Fall... Lakefront sales continue strong!





The Sun is not setting on Lake Wallenpaupack Home Sales.  Normally at this time of year sales start to slump off.  Not so this year as the market remains strong on lakefront sales.  This is a great sign for a recovery around the lake for sellers, and a note for buyers.  In a recovery the first thing that happens is increased volume of sales, than price's start to increase.  So if you were thinking about a lake home for the 2014 season... Hi Everyone, A quick note on the lakefront market on Lake Wallenpaupack this year.  We have lakefronts starting in the low 300's and going all the way up to 4.5 Million.  The market is very strong with good activity between 300-550K, the mid range has much less activity, and the high end from 800K-1.5M is also getting a lot of activity.  So far this year we have closed 9 Lakefronts, we have 4 Pending, and 78 lakefronts currently on the market.  So plenty of inventory to see.  If you would like to learn more call me 570-620-8027 , or check out my website to see all the information you need to get started to finding that lake home for you! www.poconolakeproperties.com
