Even Though It Is Fall... Lakefront sales continue strong!





The Sun is not setting on Lake Wallenpaupack Home Sales.  Normally at this time of year sales start to slump off.  Not so this year as the market remains strong on lakefront sales.  This is a great sign for a recovery around the lake for sellers, and a note for buyers.  In a recovery the first thing that happens is increased volume of sales, than price's start to increase.  So if you were thinking about a lake home for the 2014 season...
