Hi Everyone, A quick note on the lakefront market on Lake Wallenpaupack this year. We have lakefronts starting in the low 300's and going all the way up to 4.5 Million. The market is very strong with good activity between 300-550K, the mid range has much less activity, and the high end from 800K-1.5M is also getting a lot of activity.
