Well its that time of year again. Time to get out of bed, stop watching TV and get out to feel the sun on your face. Hi Everyone, A quick note on the lakefront market on Lake Wallenpaupack this year.  We have lakefronts starting in the low 300's and going all the way up to 4.5 Million.  The market is very strong with good activity between 300-550K, the mid range has much less activity, and the high end from 800K-1.5M is also getting a lot of activity.  So far this year we have closed 9 Lakefronts, we have 4 Pending, and 78 lakefronts currently on the market.  So plenty of inventory to see.  If you would like to learn more call me 570-620-8027 , or check out my website to see all the information you need to get started to finding that lake home for you! www.poconolakeproperties.com
