Historic Low Amount of Lake Wallenpaupack Lakefronts



The lake front inventory is at historic lows for this time of year.  We currently have only 58 Lakefronts, with prices ranging from 259,000 to 3.9 million dollars.  The lakefront homes are moving fast this year. We have already moved 68 lakefront homes into Pending or Closed this year.  If you would like to see this inventory follow the link below to my website and you may look at the premade searches, or log in to a portal for yourself and make any search you want.  To use portal first go to the searches page, pick a search, and than in upper right hand corner see login.  You may create an account there, or login to an account you have already made.

Spring Has Sprung

Hi Everyone, Well its that time of year again. Time to get out of bed, stop watching TV and get out to feel the sun on your face.
