The State Of Lakefront Real Estate on Lake Wallenpaupack


Hi Everyone.... Just a quick status update on the lakefront market on Lake Wallenpaupack!

From 1/1/2013-3/27/2013 6 Lakefronts Pending ranging from 400K-1.5 Million
From 1/1/2013-3/27/2013 12 Lakefronts Closed ranging from 247K-905K.

Compared to 1/1/2012-3/27/2012 we had only 4 Closed Lakefronts and 0 Pendings.

The market is heating up, more buyers are coming out to see what Lake Wallenpaupack has to offer. Rates are at historical lows, and house prices are 30+ percent lower than in 2006. In other words a great time to buy. So come on out and see what the BIG lake has to offer you!

Hi Everyone, A quick note on the lakefront market on Lake Wallenpaupack this year.  We have lakefronts starting in the low 300's and going all the way up to 4.5 Million.  The market is very strong with good activity between 300-550K, the mid range has much less activity, and the high end from 800K-1.5M is also getting a lot of activity.  So far this year we have closed 9 Lakefronts, we have 4 Pending, and 78 lakefronts currently on the market.  So plenty of inventory to see.  If you would like to learn more call me 570-620-8027 , or check out my website to see all the information you need to get started to finding that lake home for you! www.poconolakeproperties.com
