Compared to 1/1/2012-3/27/2012 we had only 4 Closed Lakefronts and 0 Pendings. The market is heating up, more buyers are coming out to see what Lake Wallenpaupack has to offer. Here we are close to the end of March already and the BIG lake is still frozen over. I am looking forward to rising temperatures and seeing that wonderful open water again.
